Connie Goodson
Wild Windows

Wyoming wild flowers are my passion. There is a kaleidoscope of colors that covers the mountains and also blankets the foothills of Banner. I have been blessed with 11 acres of true beauty. A splash of blue here and a whispering of yellow there, it called me to
pay attention to all of God's glory.
The native plants of Wyoming have
evolved over thousands of years;
they demand to be noticed.
Drive anywhere in the mountains to see them waving or hear their songs.
A few years back, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It has opened my eyes and ears to the beauty of my own backyard. Simplifying my life was important, however I insisted on being creative. I now grow and pick my own flowers so I may share the glorious gifts with others I treasure each season.

Like all flowers, these too are fragile. The flowers are not pressed; they are dried and individually placed in each window. The windows are made to hang on a wall, NOT in a window because the sun will fade the colors. The original glass of the windows are old and may have flaws. The back of the window is sealed to keep moisture out. They are heavy and should be hung with care. When transporting, remember the glass should always be on its edge; NOT laid flat.
I truly hope you will enjoy my creation as much as I do.
Maybe you have an old window that would like to go Wild? Please give me, Connie Goodson, a call at 307-683-3027 and we can see how to bring the beauty of the Bighorns to your home.
