Caroline Hamilton
Mosaic Mirrors

Inspired by the beauty and vitality of stained glass, Wyoming native Caroline Hamilton began studies in glass design and construction under gifted Wyoming, Colorado and Montana instructors.  She first worked with flat glass panels and windows and then became intrigued with creating dimensional combinations in mirror and glass by integrating pieces of stone, pottery, copper, brass and steel to enhance home and office décor.   She is inspired by line, shapes and colors in natural stones, flora and landscapes.  Caroline has pursued studies in art history, pottery and creative welding at Sheridan College to enhance her mirror focus and in leisure time enjoys a variety of activities including riding snowmachines in winter and hiking or riding her Arabian gelding with family and friends from the cabin located on Ranger Creek near the Big Goose Ranger Station in the Big Horn mountains.

Color themes in terra cotta, black with copper, greens, purples, blues and natural earth colors enable her to personalize home décor for residential and business settings.  Her work is or has been displayed at Lucinda’s, First Interstate Bank, and Davis Gallery in Sheridan, BeDazzled in Cody and Aspen Creek in Dayton, Wyoming.
